The Sooners, who return 10 starters to their defense, punished Jason Gesser in his final game with the Cougars. They sacked him six times, intercepted him twice and punished him all night. The Sooners offense was led by seniors Quentin Griffin (146 rushing yards) and Nate Hybl (2 TD passes).
