Michigan State's Charlie Bell is one of America's premier defensive stoppers.

Charlie Bell has been rising to the occasion for the defending champion Spartans. |
He will be tested this week by North Carolina's offensive wizard, Joseph Forte.
If I had to choose an All-Rambo team -- guys who get the job done on the defensive end -- Bell would be my first choice on the perimeter.
He has also improved offensively, as shown by his career-high, 31-point performance vs. Eastern Washington.
Bell hit 12 of 13 from the floor in that win.
He can handle the rock and nail the perimeter jump shot, making him a greater threat.
Not only is he an offensive key for Tom Izzo, he also provides the leadership needed, a role filled by Mateen Cleaves last season.
Bell is on his way to having a super senior season.
