TORONTO (AP) _ Shawn Green felt a sense of closure in his final game in Toronto. Green, traded to Los Angeles for Raul Mondesi in the offseason, homered and had an RBI double as the Dodgers beat the Blue Jays 2-1 on Saturday in the final spring training game for both teams. ``It's definitely a good way to end things because I had just had great time up here,'' said Green, who spent five seasons in Toronto. ``I just didn't want to be gone without returning here for a long time. It's nice to come back right away.'' Green asked out of Toronto so he could play in his home town. The Dodgers then signed him to a six year, $84 million contract extension. A couple of fans yelled ``Traitor!'' during his plate appearances. ``There were some mixed reactions but I felt good about the responses,'' Green said. ``In my position you hear the boos a bit more because you pay more attention to that and those fans are the ones who are more aggressive in the stands. ``But definitely there were a lot of cheers and it felt good to hear that support.'' The 27-year old right-fielder had an impressive spring training, hitting .333 with six homers and 14 RBIs. ``I'm feeling pretty good,'' Green said. ``You don't like to waste these kind of hits in spring training, but it adds confidence, and that's what you want to start the season.'' Green lined a fastball from Roy Halladay down the right-field line to give the Dodgers a 1-0 lead in the first. He hit a towering home run to right center off Kelvim Escobar in the third. Notes: RHP Frank Castillo will be Toronto's fifth starter. ``He won the job,'' Toronto manager Jim Fregosi said. The Blue Jays sent LHP Clayton Andrews to Triple A Syracuse. ... Green finished 2-for-3. ... The Dodgers traded backup infielder Juan Castro to the Cincinnati Reds for a player to be named. ... The Blue Jays failed to reach their goal of selling 15,300 season tickets. They've sold just 11,000, down from the 14,090 they sold last year. ... Green hit .309 with 42 homers and 123 RBIs last season. ... Mondesi hit .253 with 33 homers and 99 RBIs. ... Mondesi did not play after suffering two bad bruises in Friday's game against the Dodgers. Mondesi was plunked twice. ... Chris Carpenter, who took a line drive off his pitching elbow in Friday's game, played catch before the game. He may have to be pushed back a start. He was scheduled start on Tuesday.
