Bonds joins 500-homer club



Barry Bonds became the 17th player to reach 500 home runs Tuesday. While he has only led the league once (with Frank Robinson and Eddie Murray the fewest in the 500 club), Bonds has hit more home runs per 100 at-bats (6.66) than 12 members of the group.
