SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -- The Los Angeles Clippers are struggling right now, though the Sacramento Kings know they can be dangerous.

Chris Webber had 30 points and 10 rebounds Tuesday night as the Sacramento Kings withstood a fourth-quarter rally to win their sixth straight game, 104-98 over the Los Angeles Clippers.

The Clippers continued to struggle, losing their sixth straight game and 10th in their last 11. Los Angeles is 3-18 on the road this season.

Yet this was no automatic win for the Kings, who squandered a 17-point lead in the fourth quarter and needed four straight free throws in the final 30 seconds to defeat the Clippers. Los Angeles, which had a 26-17 edge in the fourth quarter, defeated the Kings at home three weeks ago.

"We talked this morning about how we had lost the game down there," Kings center Vlade Divac said. "We played well and had a good first half, but we didn't control the game after that. That's been a problem for us."

Trailing by 89-72 points early in the fourth quarter, the Clippers twice reduced the lead to a basket, the final time when Lamar Odom's 3-pointer made it 100-98 with 31 seconds remaining.

Jason Williams and Webber both made two free throws in the final 30 seconds to seal the victory, the 10th in 12 games for the Kings.

Maurice Taylor scored 22 points for Los Angeles and Odom had 19 points and 14 rebounds. Michael Olowokandi added 14 points and 15 rebounds before fouling out in the fourth quarter.

"The Clippers may be having their troubles, but look at all their talent, that's not a bad team," said Kings guard Nick Anderson, who scored 19 points.

After the Kings opened the third quarter with a jumper from Predrag Stojakovic, the Clippers quickly reduced the 17-point deficit. Eric Murdock scored the final seven points of the run, cutting it to 91-89 with 5:48 remaining.

"Our guys did a good job of getting back into it and we had a chance," Clippers coach Chris Ford said. "But did I want a foul (on Williams) with 30 seconds left? No. We had 19 turnovers and that's too much."

Divac had 10 points and 11 rebounds. Williams added eight points and 12 assists, while Stojakovic had 10 points.

Jon Barry halted the Clippers' 17-2 run in the fourth quarter, hitting a 3-pointer to give Sacramento a five-point lead. Webber followed with a basket from short range and Barry added two free throws, putting the Kings ahead 98-90 with 3:23 left.

"It's never one thing with us," said Kings coach Rick Adelman, whose team missed 23 of 28 shots in the fourth quarter. "It was a combination of us and them. They got some things going and we got real stagnant. It would be nice not to make it so difficult."

Despite sloppy play early in the third quarter, the Kings later had an 11-2 run, taking an 83-63 lead on Anderson's 3-pointer with 3:05 left.

Anderson scored 10 third-quarter points, making all four of his shots, including two 3-pointers. Webber added nine points as the Kings took an 87-72 lead into the fourth period.

"We're playing good enough to win," Taylor said. "That's kind of frustrating because you'd think by now we'd get over the hump."

Webber had 16 points and six rebounds, helping the Kings take a 57-47 lead into halftime.
