(AP) _ Chris Webber had 25 points and 12 rebounds and Corliss Williamson scored 24 points Friday night as the Sacramento Kings won their fourth straight game, defeating the Toronto Raptors 103-88. Vince Carter had 25 points for the Raptors, who had their franchise record seven-game winning streak snapped. The loss also ended a record five-game road winning streak for Toronto, which is now 15-15 away from home. The Kings never trailed in winning for the fifth time in six games. They were ahead 58-48 at the half and increased the lead to 17 points entering the fourth quarter. Vlade Divac scored 12 points and had 10 rebounds for Sacramento. Tony Delk added 11 points. Kevin Willis scored 13 points and Antonio Davis had 10 points and 15 rebounds for Toronto. ^
