EVANSVILLE, Ind. (AP) _ Reggie Miller scored 21 points and Rik Smits added 20 to lead the Indiana Pacers to a 116-107 exhibition victory over the Sacramento Kings on Sunday night. Jason Williams scored 25 points for the Kings, while Lawrence Funderburke had 18. Funderburke's three-point play with 3:06 to play cut the Pacers' lead to 106-103, but Indiana went on an 8-0 run to put the game away. Funderburke hit a 12-foot jumper from the right corner to narrow Indiana's lead to 84-80 with 2:03 left in the third quarter. Predrag Stojakovic followed with a short jumper from the right corner and Darrick Martin made two free throws to tie the score with 2.4 seconds left. But Indiana scored the first seven points of the fourth quarter and never trailed again. The teams played for the second straight night. On Saturday night, Williams scored 21 points as the Kings rallied in the second half for a 96-95 victory.
