Highlights

Named Third Team All-America by The Associated Press as a senior. Started all 116 games during his Temple career. Is Temple's all-time leader in steals with 365 and fell just 11 steals short of the NCAA career record.

As a senior, received numerous awards including Atlantic 10 Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Student Athlete of the Year; First Team All-Atlantic 10, A-10 All-Defensive Team, All-Academic Team; and GTE Second Team Academic All-America. Finished second on the Owl's career assist chart. Attended Nike Desert Classic, but was injured during first day of workouts and did not see any game action.

College highlights at Temple

As a senior, missed eight games after he sprained an ankle in the closing seconds of the season opener vs. Miami, Ohio. Finished sixth in the nation in assists (8.0 apg). Was third in the nation and led the A-10 in steals (3.4 spg). Also had a conference-best 3.9:1 assist to turnover ratio. Finished second in A-10 in total assists (201). Had 14 assists vs. George Washington, 13 vs. St. Bonaventure and 12 vs. Fordham. Temple's record without him was 5-3. Opposing teams averaged almost 10 fewer points per game with him in the lineup.

As a junior, became Temple's all-time single season steals leader with 101, surpassing the mark he set as a sophomore. In 31 games, had a conference-best 3.00:1 assist to turnover ratio. Averaged 3.0 steals per game. In addition, he ranked third in the conference in steals, second in assists (5.8) and seventh in defensive rebounding (4.6), tops among guards. Was named to the NCAA East Regional All-Tournament team, A-10 All-Conference First Team, defensive team and academic team.

As a sophomore, led the team in assists (4.9 apg) and was second in the nation in steals (3.4 spg). Finished third on the team in scoring. Was named Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Year and made Third Team All-conference. Became the first Temple player under John Chaney to post a triple-double, with a 10-point, 10-rebound, 10-assist performance vs. LaSalle.

As a freshmen, started all 31 games and averages 10.0 ppg, third on the team. Led the Owls in assists (5.3) and steals (2.8). Named to the Atlantic 10 Conference All-Rookie Team.
