Highlights
A fifth-year senior who played behind several highly regarded frontcourt players during his career at Cincinnati. Spent last three seasons adding muscle to his frame, gaining 20 pounds. Played both power forward and center. Has excellent shooting range for a player his size. At Portsmouth Invitational Tournament, averaged 13 points and 11 rebounds per game.

College highlights at Cincinnati
As a senior, split time at power forward and also spelled consensus National College Player of the Year Kenyon Martin at center. Opened senior campaign with a double-double, scoring 13 points and grabbing 10 rebounds vs. Youngstown State. Started in the win over North Carolina, scoring 13 points, including 3-of-4 shooting from three-point range. Tallied 11 points and nine rebounds vs. St Louis in the Conference USA Tournament. Started in place of the injured Kenyon Martin in two NCAA Tournament games, averaging 11.5 points per game on 63 percent shooting.

Started the first 16 games as a junior. Scored 11 points in the Great Alaska Shootout win over Iowa State, garnering game MVP honors. Moved to backup role in mid-January and doubled his scoring average, from 4.4 points per game as a starter to 8.8 points per game. Recorded first career double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds in January 23 win over Saint Louis. Grabbed a career-high 16 boards in February 27 win over Memphis.

Served as a backup at center and power forward as a sophomore. Came off the bench to score a career-high 17 points in loss to Xavier (Ohio). Started three games in December and averaged 6.0 points and 6.0 rebounds.

Received a medical redshirt for the 1996-97 season after suffering a dislocated finger and appearing in only two games.

Saw action in 17 games as a freshman, scoring 20 points and grabbing 23 rebounds in limited minutes.
