Piqued the interest of NBA scouts with an MVP performance at the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament. Averaged 19.3 ppg, second-best in the tourney, and grabbed 6.7 rpg. College highlights at Louisiana-Monroe

Paced team in rebounding (9.4 rpg, 15th in nation), assists (3.4 apg), steals (1.5 spg), and free throw percentage (.801), and ranked second in scoring (20.1 ppg, 24th in nation) as a senior. Recorded 34 points and 14 rebounds against Northwestern State in the regular season finale. Nailed a 3-pointer with 12 seconds to play to lift team to a 73-70 win over Texas-Arlington. Was one assist shy of a triple-double when he scored 21 points, had 10 rebounds and dished out nine assists in win over Louisiana College.

Earned Southland Conference Newcomer of the Year and first team all-conference honors as a junior. Named SLC Player of the Week after scoring 76 points in a three-game conference span, including 32 points against Sam Houston. Recorded back to back double-doubles against Samford (32 points, 11 rebounds) and Arkansas (25 points, 12 rebounds). Scored a team-high 13 points along with seven rebounds, in his debut against fourth-ranked Michigan State. Led the Indians in scoring 15 times and scored in double figures 23 times. Set NLU single-season record with 45 dunks.

Rated as the No. 21 JUCO prospect in the country by Hoop News as a sophomore after averaging 20.3 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.9 blocks per game at Bossier Parish CC in Bossier City, Louisiana.
