Patterson, Randolph and Woods involved in altercation

Associated Press

TUALATIN, Ore. -- Three Portland Trail Blazers got into a scuffle during practice Wednesday, according to broadcast reports.

Fox 12 news in Portland reported that reserves Ruben Patterson, Zach Randolph and rookie Qyntel Woods had to be separated after an altercation at the Trail Blazers' practice facility.

Team spokesman Mike Hanson confirmed there was "an incident that did occur during practice."

But he added that "reports of disciplinary action at this point are unwarranted."

The reported altercation comes just days after Woods was cited by Portland police on marijuana possession charges after a traffic stop Saturday night.
