TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) -- Alabama ended its nonconference schedule with an ugly win.

The 18th-ranked Crimson Tide beat Southeastern Louisiana 92-63 Tuesday night, their 10th straight home victory in a game that was littered with 59 personal fouls and four technicals.

But Alabama (11-1) got the job done as Rod Grizzard scored 22 points, Terrance Meade and Erwin Dudley each added 14, Gerald Wallace had 13 and Alfred Moss added 10.

"It is a game you put in the win column, but now it is time to look to the SEC," said coach Mark Gottfried, whose team faces LSU in its Southeastern Conference opener Saturday.

Jaron Singletary led Southeastern Louisiana (4-8) with 19 points, while Marcus Kemp scored 15, all in the second half.

"We played bad, we had a lot of turnovers and that hurt us," Singletary said. "We had 16 in the first half, you can't win like that."

Alabama dominated, leading by as much as 87-53 with 3:47 left to play.

Alabama was down 13-9 with 13:38 left in the first half, but the Crimson Tide went on a 14-3 run to take a 23-16 lead.

Alabama went on a 9-0 run over the first 90 seconds of the second half to take a 59-40 lead. Grizzard made four straight free throws on a combination of two technical fouls and a personal foul.

He then followed up with two more free throws on an additional foul to make it 56-40. Antoine Pettway capped the drive with a 3-pointer with 17:20 left.

Alabama outshot Southeast Louisiana 47 percent to 39 percent and outrebounded them 35-28.

The game marked the teams' first meeting.
