    Get the Coach's Edge

Let the experts at Coach's Edge get you ready for the NCAA Tournament with an inside look at Utah State's playbook.
  • Next opponent: Connecticut, Fri., 2:55 p.m. ET

Along with Cincinnati and Pennsylvania, Utah State was the only team to go undefeated in its conference. The Aggies have won 19 games in a row, by far the longest winning streak in the country. That's no mean feat by itself; knowing that the team took on eight new bodies this season speaks volumes to how quickly Stew Morrill brewed some serious team chemistry.

No one player shines for Utah State; but what nearly everybody on this team does is shoot the ball well. The Aggies' remarkable depth (10 players average 10 or more minutes per game) means they should be fresh, too.

For Utah State to advance, it has to shoot its 3s. Tony Brown (44.9 percent) and Troy Rolle (39.4) are the team's best long-range shooters. Shawn Daniels packs a wallop in his 6-foot-6, 250-pound frame, and Dimitri Jorssen offers a change of pace inside. The Aggies won't race by you, but with a staunch defense, can make life very frustrating. -- Greg Collins, ESPN.com
