NACOGDOCHES, Texas (AP) _ Isiah Stoker rushed for 150 yards and one touchdown, as Stephen F. Austin dominated Nicholls State in a 38-7 victory on Saturday.

The Lumberjacks' offense compiled 427 yards of total offense, while their defense held Nicholls State to 170 offensive yards.

Stephen F. Austin (5-2, 4-0 Southland Football League) stormed to 20 straight points, before the Colonels answered with a 14-yard touchdown run by Sulivan Turner is the third quarter. The Lumberjacks added 18 points in the fourth quarter, eliminating hopes of a Nicholls State (1-6, 1-3) comeback.

Nicholls State quarterback Brad Smith completed only 11 of 28 pass attempts for 83 yards and rushed for 43 yards. Smith was also sacked eight times by a strong Lumberjack pass rush.

Kyle Dews led the Lumberjack defensive effort with eight tackles, three for a loss of 16 yards, including two sacks.
