SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) _ Travis Brown completed a two-point conversion pass to Francis St. Paul in the third overtime to lift Northern Arizona to a dramatic 51-49 victory over Sacramento State on Saturday.

The Lumberjacks (4-3 overall, 2-2 Big Sky Conference) was trailing the Hornets (4-4, 2-4) 49-43 in the third overtime facing a fourth-and-goal situation.

Brown hit St. Paul in the end zone for the last-gasp touchdown, then found him again for the game-winning conversion.

Brown completed 39 of 64 passes for 401 yards. Sacramento State's Ricky Ray connected on 28 of 44 passes for 343 yards.

The Hornets took the early lead on a 17-yard touchdown pass from Ray to Mike Wooster. St. Paul hauled in a 14-yard touchdown pass from Brown to tie the game later in the opening quarter.

The Hornets regained the lead and went up 14-7 at the half.

Northern Arizona's Ronney Jenkins scored three times in the second half, twice on passes from Brown and once on a 1-yard run.

The game was knotted 36-36 at the end of regulation and went scoreless through the first overtime. The squads both scored touchdowns in the second OT.

Sacramento State's two-point conversion failed after a short touchdown run and the Lumberjacks countered with their own passing touchdown and successful conversion.
