"He is home and he's feeling fine. Everything's OK," Arkansas sports information director Rick Schaffer said Sunday after Broyles' return.

Broyles, 75, asked to be taken to a hospital early during the Cotton Bowl on Saturday. Doctors at Baylor University Medical Center could not determine what was wrong with the athletic director, who had a heart attack several years ago.

Arkansas won the game 27-6, but Broyles missed the second half.

"He's happy to be home and happy that we won," Schaffer said.

Broyles formerly was Arkansas' football coach and spent much of the week among people who reminisced about the 1969 Arkansas-Texas game, a classic shootout won by the Longhorns 15-14.
