Illini improve to 4-0 in Big Ten

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (AP) -- Tauja Catchings scored 26 points and Susan Blauser had 14 rebounds Sunday as Illinois (No. 16 ESPN/USA Today; No. 15 AP) beat Indiana 91-61.

The Illini (14-4, 4-0 Big Ten) led 44-32 at halftime and then ran away in the second half behind 53 percent (17 of 32) shooting.

Catchings hit 8 of 15 shots and was 10 of 11 from the foul line. Shavonna Hunter and Allison Curtin added 15 points each, Blauser scored 12 and Kylie Martin and Kristi Faulkner 10 apiece for the Illini.

Indiana (6-9, 1-3) shot only 32 percent for the game and was beaten 46-30 on the boards. Heather Cassady scored 17 points and Rachael Honegger added 16 for the Hoosiers.
