NORFOLK, Virginia (Ticker) -- Okeisha Howard scored 18 points off the bench and Hamchetou Maiga added 16 and 10 rebounds to lift No. 21 Old Dominion to a 71-49 triumph over Denver.

Lucienne Berthieu had 11 points and eight rebounds and Alli Spence added 11 and six assists for Old Dominion (6-1), which shot 48 percent (29-of-60). The Lady Monarchs have won four straight since getting routed, 109-66, at top-ranked Connecticut on November 26.

Ashley Atkinson scored 12 points and Michaela Pavlickova grabbed 14 rebounds for Denver (3-3), which shot an abysmal 17 percent (6-of-35) in the second half. Pavlickova made just 2-of-15 shots and three other players combined to go 0-for-11. Denver committed 25 turnovers and had just 13 assists.

Old Dominion had a 49-39 advantage in rebounds for the game and led 35-28 at halftime.
