EUGENE, Ore. (AP) -- Angelina Wolvert scored 13 points and No. 24 Oregon scored the final 26 points of the game as the Ducks beat Boise State 67-29 Tuesday night.

The true star of the night was the stingy Oregon defense, which allowed the lowest number of points in school history for the Ducks (7-3). Their previous low came in a 31-30 loss to Oregon State in 1976.

The Broncos (3-9) didn't score during the final 9½ minutes, and didn't have a field goal during the final 11 minutes.

"It was really exciting to look at the clock with five minutes to go and they had only scored 29 points," said Wolvert, who also grabbed eight rebounds.

"Then I looked again with about a minute left and I was like, 'Wow, they still haven't scored.' That's an accomplishment for us because we work really hard on defense."

The Ducks were up 25-16 at the break and held a 41-28 lead after the Broncos' Krystle Mortimore hit a jumper with 11:33 minutes left to go. Two minutes later, Crista Peterson made one of two free throws for Boise State.

Brianne Meharry, playing for the first time in three games because of a sprained ankle, came off the bench to score 11 points for the Ducks. Peterson led Boise State with eight points.

"The last 10 minutes were exciting for us because we were getting steals and blocking shots and then were able to go down and execute our offense," Meharry said.

Oregon's defense held the Broncos to 25.6 percent shooting from the field (11-for-43) while forcing 23 turnovers.

The Ducks gave up the ball only 10 times and just once in the second half after coming into the game averaging nearly 20 turnovers a game.

Oregon starts its conference season against Oregon State on Friday in Corvallis.
