NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee Titans safety Marcus Robertson
ran through a handful of plays Tuesday, his first work with his
teammates since crashing his motorcycle and needing 150 stitches to
repair his face.

Robertson remains questionable for Saturday's AFC wild-card game
with the Buffalo Bills. He will see a doctor Wednesday to determine
the chances of the stitches reopening if he attempts to play.
"Considering everything that's happened, I'm doing great,"
Robertson said after practice. "Every day is just a vast
improvement as far as my face is concerned. I don't have any pain
or anything. Thank God, I'm doing really well."
Robertson was injured Dec. 27 when he lost control of his
motorcycle near his home. He knew he was hurt badly and jogged home
to get help.
Doctors needed 150 stitches to close cuts on his face. The most
serious are immediately above and below his left eye.
The Titans have been adapting a helmet to rest easier against
his forehead and cheek. Coach Jeff Fisher also said the NFL has
approved either a clear or tinted shield for the helmet.
The Titans paid Robertson even though he missed the regular
season finale at Pittsburgh, and Robertson also thanked Fisher for
talking him into coming to the team's practice facility last week
for a workout since he had felt uncomfortable about showing up
around his teammates.
"Initially, I wasn't sure if he wanted the guys to see what
could happen to you if you're riding a motorcycle. I think in all
actuality that was part of my healing process," Robertson said.
He was the Titans' No. 3 tackler this season with 92 and also
had an interception.
