Indianapolis Colts: Have clinched playoff berth. Can clinch AFC East division title and a first-round playoff bye with a win or tie OR a Buffalo loss or tie; a Kansas City loss or tie; and a Seattle loss or tie. Can clinch AFC East division title with a Buffalo loss or tie.

AFC Central
Jacksonville Jaguars: Have clinched playoff berth. Can clinch AFC Central division title and a first-round playoff bye with a win next Sunday and a Tennessee loss or tie.

Tennessee Titans: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win.

AFC West
No teams can clinch a playoff berth this weekend.

NFC East
No teams can clinch a playoff berth this weekend.

NFC Central
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Can clinch playoff berth with a win.

Detroit Lions: Can clinch a playoff berth with a win and an Arizona loss or tie and either a Green Bay loss and either a Tampa Bay win or tie or a Minnesota loss and Dallas loss.

NFC West
St. Louis Rams: Have clinched NFC West title. Can clinch home-field advantage throughout the playoffs with a win. Can clinch a first-round playoff bye with a tie or a Washington loss or tie.

Out of the race
Atlanta, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Denver, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and San Francisco are eliminated from playoff contention.
