World Turns Away North America's Best

Nikolai Khabibulin
Tampa Bay's Nikolai Khabibulin stopped all 20 shots he saw in the third period.
Offense usually dominates All-Star games, but the World goalies proved they were up to the task of stopping the best North America had to offer Saturday. Tommy Salo and Nikolai Khabibulin -- who was snubbed for the MVP -- saved all but two shots over the final 40 minutes and the World Team scored five goals in the third period to rally for an 8-5 win.
