In one of the biggest margins of victory yet, "It's Not Easy Bein' Griese" was the overwhelming winner in Page 2's poll to choose a suitable nickname for Denver Broncos quarterback Brian Griese.
Kermit the Frog-inspired "It's Not Easy Bein' Griese" earned more than 2,000 (41.2 percent) of the more than 4,800 votes tallied from Thursday to Friday.
Commodores fans put up a valiant effort, but "I'm Griese Like Sunday Morning" was a distant second with more than 800 votes and 17.3 percent.
Rounding out the top five were "Slick" (14.7 percent), "Say Goodnight, Griese" (9.1 percent) and "The Sequel" (7.1 percent).
Page 2 editors, Muppets fans themselves, also liked the deeper meaning of "It's Not Easy Bein' Griese" but also liked the short and simple "Slick."
