| | | It has been a year of change for Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.
Not only will Jones' Cowboys have a new starting quarterback as the team begins a rebuilding phase after the retirement of Troy Aikman, but Jones himself has undergone some remarkable physical changes. The flamboyant owner has lost more than 40 pounds and, according to published reports in Dallas, underwent cosmetic surgery.
