Cleveland goes to 3-2 while Indiana stays winless |

CLEVELAND (AP) -- Chasity Melvin scored 22 points, leading the
Cleveland Rockers to an 86-76 victory over the Indiana Fever
on Saturday.
Melvin dominated inside as the Rockers (3-2) opened the second
half with a 12-3 run to take a 52-35 lead. The center scored 14
points in the second half, mostly on offensive rebounds and short
jumpers. Four of her five rebounds were at the offensive end.
Melvin also had a team-high five assists as she and forward
Rushia Brown worked several give-and-go plays to counteract
Indiana's outside shooting. Brown finished with nine points off the
bench.
Nadine Malcolm led Indiana (0-5) with 15 points, but was held
scoreless in the second half by Mery Andrade and a Cleveland
defense that leads the WNBA in fewest points allowed a game at
57.4.
Penny Taylor, the Rockers' first-round draft choice, had 12
points. Alicia Thompson scored 13 and had five rebounds for the
Fever.
Malcolm's big first half, which included three 3-point baskets,
kept Indiana close.
The Fever took a 9-2 lead, but Cleveland hit nine of its next 11
