CHICAGO (AP) _ Jason Williams dazzled the fans and befuddled the Bulls with his flashy, playground-style of ball, scoring 21 points Tuesday night as the Sacramento Kings beat Chicago 100-85.

``I don't know if there's anybody more exciting. He turns crowds on wherever we go,'' Kings coach Rick Adelman said. ``Tonight he got going on 3s, and he's very dangerous when he does that. It's fun being around him. It's fun watching him play.

Unless you're on the other side. Williams opened with a 3-pointer 10 seconds into the game, and by the time Chicago caught up to him, he had two more. At the first timeout, it was Williams 11, Bulls 6. He went 5-of-5 before missing a shot with 2:38 left in the quarter.

When the first quarter ended, Williams had four 3-pointers _ which would have tied a single-quarter record for a Bulls opponent if this was a real game _ and 16 points on 6-of-7 shooting. He also had four assists, including a no-look, behind-the-back pass that Corliss Williamson turned into a three-point play.

``I really don't want to be the most exciting player,'' Williams said. ``I want to be the most exciting team. I want people not just to watch me, but to watch (Chris Webber) and the rest of our team.''

With Williams sitting out the second quarter, the Bulls managed to chip away at the 14-point deficit. After two free throws each from Randy Brown and Elton Brand, Ron Artest made the second of two foul shots and Hersey Hawkins hit a 13-foot jumper to pull within 48-42 at the half.

Williams was back in the lineup for the third quarter. He scored on a driving layup, grabbed the rebound from Elton Brand's miss and made a 3-pointer, and the Kings were back up 55-44.

Vlade Divac and Williamson added 16 each for the Kings, who had five players in double figures.

It was another poor shooting night for the Bulls, who were 34 percent (30-of-88) from the floor. Brand and Artest led Chicago with 11 points apiece. Randy Brown, with 10, was the only other Bull in double figures.

The Bulls also turned the ball over 22 times. Toni Kukoc, who had two points on 1-of-8 shooting, had seven of the miscues.

``We got off to a bad start in the first and third quarters,'' Bulls coach Tim Floyd said. ``There was no real purpose to us offensively or defensively. We handled the ball casually and got a lot of turnovers. It is very difficult to catch up.''
