DALLAS (AP) _ Robert Pack hit a 15-foot corner jumper as time expired to lift the Dallas Mavericks to a 95-93 victory over the Toronto Raptors in an NBA exhibition game on Thursday night.

The Raptors seemed to be in control, building a 91-80 lead with 2:47 to play. But Pack scored nine of his 19 points as the Mavericks finished with a 15-2 run to improve to 2-2 in the preseason.

Pack had a three-point play with 2:17 left, then hit consecutive layups, the second with 1:08 left to pull Dallas within 93-91.

Gary Trent's 13-foot jumper with 20.1 seconds remaining tied the game, and after Toronto's Muggsy Bogues missed from 14 feet with six seconds left, Pack hit the game-winner.

Cedric Ceballos scored 23 points, Trent added 13 points and Dirk Nowitzki had 10 for Dallas.

Vince Carter's 19 points and Doug Christie's 18 paced Toronto. Kevin Willis had 16 points and 17 rebounds for the Raptors (2-3) and John Thomas added 12 points.

The Mavericks were without injured starters Michael Finley (bruised right heel), Steve Nash (strained tendon right ankle) and Shawn Bradley (back).

Tests on Finley's foot earlier Thursday revealed no stress fracture, but coach Don Nelson said Finley will sit out the rest of the preseason and could start the regular season on the injured list.

Rap star Percy (Master P) Miller entered the game for the Raptors with 11:02 to play, drawing cheers from the Reunion Arena crowd.

Miller, playing his fourth preseason game as a non-roster invitee, got his only points on a 3-pointer with 2:47 left to give Toronto its 91-80 lead.
