SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) _ Troy Hudson scored 21 points, including six straight that gave Los Angeles the lead for good, and the Clippers beat the Seattle SuperSonics 104-93 in an exhibition game Sunday in the Spokane Arena. Maurice Taylor had 27 points for the Clippers (4-2), who scored the final 14 points of the game. Rookie Lamar Odom had 19 points and 14 rebounds for the Clippers. Rashard Lewis led Seattle (3-3) with 17 points, while Vin Baker added 14. Seattle held a 93-90 lead when Hudson scored to cut the lead to one. He followed with a layup in heavy traffic, and then canned a long jumper to give the Clippers a 96-93 lead with two minutes left. Brent Barry capped a 10-4 run to open the fourth with two free throws to give Seattle an 83-82 lead with 8:45 left in the game. Ruben Patterson added 11 points and Gary Payton, who played only the first half, had 10 for the Sonics. Patterson scored five points and Barry hit a 3-pointer in the final four minutes of the second quarter as Seattle built a 57-48 lead. The Clippers opened the third period with a 22-12 run, taking a 70-69 lead with 3:01 left on Derek Anderson's layup. It was their first lead since the opening minutes. Odom scored the final five points of the third quarter as the Clippers took a 78-73 lead.
