TORONTO (AP) _ Vince Carter scored 28 points and Doug Christie had 23 as the Toronto Raptors beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 116-104 Tuesday night in an exhibition game. Dell Curry scored 15 of his 17 points in the second half for the Raptors, who broke the game open with a 16-3, fourth-quarter run that included two 3-pointers and a jumper by Curry. Charles Oakley's layup with 8:25 remaining gave the Raptors a 20-point lead. Brevin Knight led Cleveland with 15 points. Rap star Master P, whose real name is Percy Miller, entered the game for Toronto with 1:34 remaining. He made two free throws, but hit the side of the backboard on a driving layup attempt and missed a shot at the buzzer. Carter, last year's rookie of the year, scored 16 points in the first half. He struggled early, but finished 10-of-22 from the field.
