SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -- Despite a poor shooting night, the
Sacramento Kings scored enough to beat the Vancouver Grizzlies.
The Kings shot only 32 percent from the field and scored only 13 points in the fourth quarter of Tuesday night's 81-77 win over the Grizzlies.

"I will not look at it (the tape) tonight; maybe I'll look at
on the plane if I have trouble sleeping," said Sacramento coach
Rick Adelman. "Some nights it's just like pulling teeth and
tonight was one of them."
The Kings won their third straight game, while the Grizzlies extended their road losing streak to 25.
Vancouver shot 37 percent from the field, made only 13 of 25 free throws and had 20 turnovers.
"The win was definitely there for the taking. You could taste
it, but we missed free throws and some other little chippy shots,"
said Vancouver center Othella Harrington, who finished with 22 points and 12 rebounds. "It's frustrating to lose again on the road."
Vancouver hasn't won away from home since beating the Los Angeles Clippers in double overtime on Feb. 16, 1999.
Chris Webber led the Kings with 19 points, including the final five of an 11-0 third-quarter run that put Sacramento ahead for
good at 60-52.
"There's going to be nights like this; you know there are going
to be games when you won't be able to hit anything," said Kings
guard Nick Anderson, who scored two points on 1-for-11 shooting.
"But you need to just win ball games like that. And that's what we
did. This was a defensive win tonight."
Vlade Divac had 11 points and eight rebounds for the Kings.
Shareef Abdur-Rahim had 24 points and 18 rebounds for the Grizzlies.
The Kings went four minutes without scoring in the fourth
quarter before Webber hit a jumper to put Sacramento ahead 70-65.
They went nearly four minutes without scoring again before Barry
hit two free throws with 14 seconds left, putting the Kings ahead
80-75.
"We had a chance to win the game at the end, we just didn't
capitalize," Vancouver guard Mike Bibby said. "We've got a lot of confidence in ourselves, we just have to come out and win games
like this."
Harrington scored 12 points and Abdur-Rahim had 11 points and 10
rebounds as the Grizzlies took a 44-43 halftime lead. Webber's
eight points in the third quarter helped Sacramento move in front
68-62.
"We didn't score a lot of points, but our defense helped us win the game," Divac said.
Game notes
The Kings, who have struggled from the 3-point range this year, missed all six attempts in the first quarter and went 3-of-25 for the game. ... Bibby's only basket of the first half came with 3 seconds left and put Vancouver ahead 44-43. ... Vancouver's reserves scored only nine points, eight by Brent Price.
