MIAMI (AP) _ Rookie Mike Miller sparked a third-quarter rally that propelled the Orlando Magic to their franchise-record seventh straight preseason win, 104-90, over the Miami Heat on Tuesday night. Miller and Tracy McGrady each scored 17 points for Orlando, while Tim Hardaway paced Miami with 13. The Magic will try to complete an undefeated preseason Friday against the Celtics in Boston. Miller had two 3-pointers in a 13-1 run that gave Orlando a 78-62 lead with 2:37 left in the third quarter. He added another basket before the period ended with the Magic up 84-68. The Magic maintained a comfortable margin the rest of the way, leading by as many as 21 points in the fourth quarter. The game marked the conclusion of a 1-5 preseason for the Heat, who had to adjust to the loss of all-star center Alonzo Mourning for at least the upcoming season due to a kidney disorder. Sparked by 10 points from Duane Causwell and 11-of-14 shooting from the free throw line, Miami opened a seven-point lead in the first quarter, which ended with the Heat leading 28-22. Monty Williams scored 12 points in the second quarter, six on 3-pointers, while Orlando closed the half with a 19-5 run to take a 54-44 lead. Hardaway had four 3-pointers in the opening 7:03 of the second half as Miami climbed back into the game for a brief time.
