Rebels get kick out of bowl season
Ole Miss is making itself right at home in the Independence Bowl. The Rebels, after letting a 21-3 halftime lead slip away, got a 39-yard field goal by Les Binkley on the game's final play to beat Oklahoma 27-25. Ole Miss won its second straight Independence Bowl and fourth straight bowl game. Oklahoma lost despite a record-setting performance by QB Josh Heupel.

IT WAS OVER WHEN	GAME BALL GOES TO	STATISTICALLY SPEAKING
Ole Miss kicker Les Binckley hit a game-winning field goal on the final play.	Duece McAllister, who scored two touchdowns and prevented another with a hustling tackle after an interception.	2: This was the second straight Independence Bowl win for Ole Miss. 19: The Rebels have won 19 straight game vs. non-SEC opponents.
