remarkable turnaround
All other turnaround seasons will be measured by the season turned in by the 1999 Hawaii Rainbows, who on Christmas completed a remarkable transformation by holding off Oregon State 23-17 for their ninth win of the year. That's nine more wins than 1998. Dan Robinson threw two touchdown passes to Channon Harris and Hawaii's defense recorded six sacks in the win.
