Red and gold day

Ronie Lott
Ronnie Lott joined Joe Montana in the Hall of Fame.
Saturday belonged to the 49ers and their fans in Canton, Ohio, with three former Niners in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2000. Legendary quarterback Joe Montana, who led the Niners to four Super Bowl titles, was at the head of the class. Joining Montana from those championship teams was hard-hitting safety Ronnie Lott. Linebacker Dave Wilcox rounded out the trio, giving San Francisco fans plenty to cheer about. Also enshrined were Raiders defensive linemen Howie Long and Steelers executive Dan Rooney.
