MONTREAL (AP) _ Kyle Wanvig scored twice as the Boston Bruins beat the Montreal Canadiens 7-2 Sunday in a preseason matchup. Boston was coached by assistants Peter Laviolette and Jacques Laperriere. Head coach Pat Burns returned to Boston for personal reasons which were not disclosed after Friday's game in Buffalo. Boston scored on three successive shots in the third period. Wanvig had two of the goals, and Brian Rolston scored the other. Jay Henderson, Samuel Pahlsson, Darren van Impe and Mike Knuble also scored for Boston. Sergei Zholtok scored a power-play goal in the second period, and Xavier Delisle scored in the third for Montreal.
