The older Jazz players don't have much left in the tank -- Jeff Hornacek especially. If Shandon Anderson is ready to take on a starting role, then Utah needs to find some depth for its bench. The Jazz could also use more than the combined 20 points a game it got from its frontcourt minus Karl Malone (Greg Ostertag, Thurl Bailey, Adam Keefe, Todd Fuller and Greg Foster). With three first-round picks, Utah is in shape to build its core for the future.
