Bulldogs battle back to beat Purdue in OT
With a 25-point lead and Drew Brees at the controls, Purdue looked to have the Outback Bowl in hand. But Georgia woke up and Quincy Carter led the Bulldogs to 28 straight points, capped by Hap Hines' game-winning field goal in overtime. Brees finished with three touchdowns, while Carter passed for one and ran for another.
