Theismann answers your questions

Editor's note: ESPN's Joe Theismann will answer user questions throughout Super Bowl week. Here's Tuesday's installment:

From Harold Hernandez, Cucuta, Colombia: What would be the key for the Atlanta Falcons to stay in the game against the Denver Broncos?
 Terrell Davis
Stopping Broncos running back Terrell Davis should be Atlanta's No. 1 priority.

Theismann: The most important key is to contain Terrell Davis. I like Atlanta's defensive line against Denver's offensive line. Both lines are based on quickness. The Broncos don't have a big group, but they position block very well. Atlanta has a quick and aggressive front. They did an excellent job against Minnesota against the run. But the most important factor is containing Davis. The Broncos offense isn't effective when Davis is not able to run the football.

From A. Saldana, Indianapolis: How much of an impact do you think the officials will have in the Super Bowl?
Theismann: I hope none. You are going to have the officials who graded the highest during the season. There should be an efficient group. They earned the right to be in Miami, so I think it will be a well-officiated game. Once they get through the coin toss, it's all downhill. I do believe they have to have replay next year. The integrity of the game is at stake.

From Salvador Robles, Monterrey, Mexico: What do you think would be the best strategy for the Falcons to win the Super Bowl?
Theismann: The best strategy is defensively to contain Davis. If they keep him to 100 yards, I call that containing him. If it's 100 yards on 30 carries, then the Falcons have done a terrific job. Tony Martin will need to make at least two big plays in this game. And the tight ends on both teams are very good. If O.J. Santiago can have a big day, Chris Chandler will have a better opportunity down field with his receivers.

From Bryan Larson, Anchorage, Alaska: Do you think this game could come down to special teams' plays? Who would you pick as the better team on special teams?
Theismann: It might, and I think the Broncos get the edge because of Darrien Gordon. Jason Elam and Morten Andersen can both kick living daylights out of the ball. But Gordon is always a dangerous kick returner, and he was good in San Diego before he ended up in Denver. Atlanta rookie Tim Dwight is exceptionally quick on turf. But this is a grass field at Pro Player Stadium. I give a slight edge to Denver.
