TORONTO (AP) _ Mats Sundin scored in overtime as the Toronto Maple Leafs beat the Edmonton Oilers 4-3 on Thursday night in the exhibition opener for both teams. After Edmonton's Peter Sarno tied it with just over 30 seconds remaining in the third period, Sundin scored an unassisted goal just 13 second into overtime. Luca Cerada, Don MacLean and Adam Mair also scored for Toronto, and Chad Kilger and Daniel Cleary added goals for Edmonton. There were 16 penalties and two fights in the third period. Edmonton's Sean Brown pummeled Gerald Diduck in the first fight, and Toronto's Cory Cross sent Bill Guerin to the ice in the second.
