HOUSTON (AP) -- The Houston Comets came from behind with a 9-0 run at the end of the first half and went on to rout the Indiana Fever 93-67 Saturday night behind 23 points by Tina Thompson. The expansion Fever led by 35-32 with 6:08 remaining in the first half, but the Comets' rally put them ahead 47-39 at halftime. The second half was all Houston. The Comets (11-2) broke out with a 16-5 run to open a 61-44 lead and never looked back. Indiana got to within 10 with a little under 10 minutes left to go in the game, but Houston countered with two more runs, including eight straight points late in the contest. Houston's big three -- Thompson, Cynthia Cooper (19) and Sheryl Swoopes (16) -- accounted for 58 of Houston's points. Kara Wolters led Indiana with 18 points and 10 rebounds.
