INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Mwadi Mabika scored eight of her 19 points during a 10-0 run in the second half as the Los Angeles Sparks beat the Indiana Fever 82-73 on Wednesday night. Lisa Leslie added 13 points and 13 rebounds to help Los Angeles (11-2) to its seventh consecutive victory. Monica Maxwell scored 29 points for Indiana (3-9). The Fever continued to shoot poorly (22-of-61, or 36 percent) as they lost their fifth straight. The Sparks shot 44 percent (29-of-66). Los Angeles held Indiana without a field goal for six minutes late in the first half and went on a 15-5 run to boost its lead to 40-29 just before intermission.
