SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -- Kedra Holland-Corn scored 17 points as the Sacramento Monarchs beat the Minnesota Lynx 82-74 on Wednesday night. The Monarchs, who have won four of five games and eight of 10, led by as many as 27 points in the second half, but were outscored 49-34 after intermission. Yolanda Griffith had 14 points and nine rebounds for Sacramento (9-5), which is 5-0 at home. Tangela Smith scored 12 points and Latasha Byears had 10. Ruthie Bolton-Holifield scored nine points and Stacy Clinesmith added nine points and eight assists. Katie Smith, the WNBA's leading scorer, scored 14 of her 22 points in the second half. Reserve Grace Daley added 17 for the Lynx (8-5), and Betty Lennox had 15 and Kristin Folkl each had 12. The Monarchs led 48-25 at the half.
